Rediet Longo

Rediet Longo, known in the art world as Red Longo, is an Ethiopian-born, Milan-raised multidisciplinary artist whose work blends graffiti-inspired energy, figurative symbolism, and raw emotional storytelling. Adopted at the age of six, Red navigated a complex dual cultural identity—an experience that became the foundation for her creative expression.

Her art often features her alter ego “RED,” a character born from the streets, representing both armor and voice. Through bold strokes, layered textures, and unapologetic narratives, she explores themes of identity, resilience, and transformation. Each piece is a visual confrontation—equal parts vulnerable and defiant.

Red Longo’s journey spans collaborations with major fashion and lifestyle brands such as Calvin Klein, Moncler, Gucci Eyewear, and Armani Exchange, where her art crossed into wearable culture and global campaigns. Despite these high-profile partnerships, her canvas work remains deeply personal, grounded in authenticity and cultural storytelling.

At Plab Gallery, we are proud to offer exclusive limited edition print-on-canvas artworks by Red Longo. Each print preserves the vibrancy and texture of the original, produced on museum-quality canvas with archival inks and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.

Collecting a Red Longo piece means owning a fragment of her journey—a visual narrative shaped by heritage, rebellion, and the courage to be unapologetically seen.
