Shipping Policy

Order Fulfilment

  • All products are made to order and fulfilled by our partner, Printful.

  • Processing time is usually 2–5 business days from order confirmation.

  • During peak seasons or promotions, fulfilment may take longer.

Shipping Times & Methods

  • Delivery times depend on the destination, shipping method, and carrier availability.

  • Estimated transit times (after fulfilment):

    • Europe: 3–7 business days

    • USA & Canada: 5–10 business days

    • Rest of world: 7–20 business days

  • These are estimates only. Once items are handed over to the carrier, delays caused by customs, strikes, or other external factors are outside our control.

Shipping Costs

  • Rates are calculated automatically at checkout using Printful’s live rates.

  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be shown at checkout.

Split Shipments

  • Your order may be shipped in multiple packages if items are produced at different Printful facilities. No extra charges apply.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes once the package reaches your destination country.

  • These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Customs policies vary by country; please check with your local customs office.

Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Shipments

  • Please provide the correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

  • If the carrier cannot deliver due to an incorrect address, unclaimed package, or refusal to pay customs fees, the order is returned to Printful.

  • In such cases, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking

  • Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details (when available).

Lost or Delayed Orders

  • If your package does not arrive within 30 days of shipment, contact us at info@plabart.com.

  • Printful investigates lost shipments with the carrier. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Printful does not accept claims for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a wrong item, please email us within 7 days of receipt at info@plabart.com with photos of the product and packaging.

  • If confirmed, Printful will replace the item at no cost to you.
