Return & Refund Policy

Most Plab pieces are made to order using print-on-demand. Please read this policy before purchasing.

Return Window

  • You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

  • For EU customers, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies (see “EU 14-day cooling-off” below).

Eligibility

To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please keep your receipt or order confirmation.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized/custom products (e.g., custom text, sizes, or one-off designs) are final sale, except if defective or misprinted.

  • Gift cards are non-returnable.

  • Discounted/sale items follow the same rules as full-price items where permitted by law. EU consumers retain their statutory rights.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email info@plabart.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and the packaging.

  • If confirmed, we’ll replace or refund at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

Email info@plabart.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions and the correct return address. (Items are made in different facilities; returns without approval or sent to the wrong address may be refused.)

Return Shipping Costs

  • Change-of-mind/size-fit returns: you’re responsible for return shipping.

  • Our error/defect: we’ll provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable return costs.

Exchanges

For the fastest exchange, return the item (once approved) and place a new order.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, we’ll refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank/card may take additional time to post the refund.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact info@plabart.com.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off (Consumers)

If your order ships into the EU, you may cancel within 14 days of delivery without reason. To exercise this right, email info@plabart.com within 14 days.

  • You must return the goods without undue delay in original condition.

  • Personalized/custom products are excluded from this right under EU law.

  • Unless the item is defective or we made an error, you are responsible for return shipping.
